The original owner was a record producer that had a number of cars, hence the low mileage. The car spent its entire life in Florida (South Beach and Tampa). I love the car but I am selling it because I am trying to pay off some debt. The car has a clean title with no accidents. The original owner also owned a 1992 Dodge Viper that he purchased new, as a result he was very knowledgeable on who the best people were to work on his Vipers.

So this car being a 99' black, with the rare cognac interior, isprobably the most desireable RT/10 year/color combination. The car is in greatshape & everything works as it should. It has the usual scratches underneath thefront bumper & a few minor scratches elsewhere. comes with both factory tops; atarga style hard top & the soft top, which fits in the trunk. The car is mostlystock except the sound system, & the aluminum power steering pulley & bracket. The spoiler is removable without any holes in the trunk lid. & I have the stockpolished 18 inch wheels & tires.

There are newer michelin tires on it with only 5,000 mileson them. This set of tires alone was around $2,000. This has headers that add some horsepower and aftermarket exhaust. The interior is flawless with no cracks or scrapes. Theleather seats are in great condition for having 28,000 miles. There are nocracks, cuts, scrapes. This viper is pretty much stock other than the belangerheaders and aftermarket exhaust. Stock vipers are only increasing in price asthe years go on and this one is in mint condition.
